My local Artisans

Apologies for the small text in places — I’m not sure why it’s formatting that way, but I’ll get it sorted!
I’m proud and grateful to feature my talented local artisans. Each one brings something unique.
Rosemary - first walked into the store looking for a shop that no longer existed. We struck up a conversation, and the very next day she returned with her handmade microwave cozies. I love them—and so do our customers. They’ve become my top-selling item! Rosemary also makes hand towels and bags using fun, vibrant fabrics.
A retired nurse with a full schedule, Rosemary still finds time to sew and give back. During COVID, she donated masks and continues to donate a portion of her sales to Shriners Children’s Hospital and Tunnel to Towers.
Bear - Love her name and she’s just as warm and lovely as you'd imagine. She met Rosemary in a grocery store and admired her sweatshirt, which led to a conversation... and eventually to Bear reaching out to me.
Bear is retired and keeps herself busy making wreaths, keychains, and other delightful goodies.
MICHAEL - I knew Michael from my previous job. A lovey young man who after a short period had to stop working. We found out later, at the young age of 29, he was diagnosed with cancer. Now, at age 33, he is cancer free and his love of creating helped keep him going. So far, I feature his Chain Mail jewelry and wall art. He is expanding into keychains and I guess whatever takes his fancy.
Kate - has been painting since the age of 8. A naturally gifted artist, she still took lessons from other talented painters to refine her craft.
Her greeting cards are mini works of art—printed from her original paintings onto textured watercolor paper to give them a beautiful canvas-like feel. Each one is truly frame-worthy and full of heart. What a great way to collect her art as well as her larger pieces too.
If you or you know someone who makes unique items and would like to feature them in my store, please email me at jennie@mangostreet.love with a description and photos.
