shipping & returns
Please be advised that not all items are available for shipping for various reasons. These items are marked with a * proceeding the item title and at checkout will state that these items are not available to ship. You can still add the items to your cart and purchase for store pick-up. If you really desire to have a * item shipped, please call the store or email us and we will do our best to work with you.
We may reuse packaging such as boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper and at times bubble envelopes including amazon ones too. Not only does it fit our values but helps keep our costs and prices as low as possible.
We aim to dispatch your items within 2 working days. PLEASE ALLOW MORE TIME DURING HOLIDAYS. This applies to returns too.
Colors may vary due to lighting and different devices and measurements may vary by a few millimeters, especially for handmade and recycled pieces. Please check photos and measurements thoroughly before clicking the payment button.
CHANGE ORDER - please email us asap at info@mangostreet.love with subject line 'change order'. If we have not yet dispatched your item, we will charge/refund your card for any price difference. If your item has already been dispatched, our returns policy applies if you wish to return it.
CANCEL ORDER - please email us at info@mangostreet.love with subject line 'cancel order' asap. If we have not yet dispatched your order, we will refund you minus a 10% fee of the entire total to cover associated fees and costs. If we have already dispatched your order, our returns policy applies.
RETURNS - PLEASE REFER TO THE NOT ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS LIST BELOW - Items accepted for your returns have a 14 day return window starting from the date you received your item as per tracking. Please email us at info@mangostreet.love with subject line 'returns' for approval and wait for a returns label.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns like the big companies. Customers are responsible for the cost of returns.
Returned items must reach us in the condition it left us; new, unused, original packaging, labels and stickers attached and intact. If returned item(s) reaches us in an unsellable condition we will reduce the refund amount accordingly. You will be notified of this. We thank you for your understanding.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to process from receipt. Please be advised that we do not refund the original and return shipping.
IMPORTANT - if you have not received your package 10 days after the expected delivery date, please check with neighbors and the shipping company. We are unable to issue a refund for items with tracking stating they have been delivered but do offer a 10% discount on your next order (full price items only). If tracking has not been updated for 10 working days or does not state your package has been delivered, please email us at info@mangostreet.love with subject title "lost package" and we will process a refund. Please allow 14 working days for this.

purchases between October 25th & December 24th have an extended return period to January 25th for items ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS.
