in-store returns

We offer a 14 day return window from the purchase date.  We do not issue a paper receipt so rely on either your text or email receipt or we can locate the sale in our system.

Returning items MUST be in a resealable condition - unused, in its original packaging, not damaged and any original tags and labels attached and intact.

 NOT ACCEPTED FOR RETURN:

. cosmetics - includes soap and bath bombs

. food in any form

. jewelry

. local artisan pieces

. used and/or packaging damaged, original labels and stickers not intact and attached

. sale / reduced / special offer / as is / multi-buy / promo items / final sale

. gift with purchase promo items

. all seasonal items after the season

. special orders

IF PURCHASING FOR GIFTS, PLEASE LET US KNOW SO WE CAN MARK IT ACCORDINGLY IN OUR SYSTEM. PLEASE NOTE THAT REDUCED ITEMS PURCHASESD AS GIFTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS PART OF OUR RETURNS ITEMS.

Refunds are issued in the same form as your original payment method. A store credit may be requested. This does not expire.

NOTE FOR ITEMS ACCEPTED FOR RETURN

Purchases between October 25th & December 24th have an extended return period to January 25th for items ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.

*Please note that the store is closed on December 25th & 26th, January 1st and closes at 3pm on December 24th & 31st.

- Mango Street is closed on Easter Sunday , July 4th & Thanksgiving.
