KTS is an educational and vocational training center for the lowest caste-people often excluded from the economy and denied basic rights. At KTS they receive training in marketable skills like hand-knitting, carpet weaving and carpentry so they have opportunities at sustainable income. KTS has founded centers for early childhood education and an orphanage where they educated and care for children as an alternative to living on the street. This mini sweater ornament was hand-knitted with care and comes with a crocheted hanging string.
