When you open this intricate pop-up card, a piece of a birthday cake is placed on a colourful plate. A candle will be stuck in the piece of cake. There's a fork and a napkin placed under it where you can write your note. There is space for greetings on the back of the plate.
All cards are assembled by hand in a workshop for disabled people in Dortmund.
Envelope is made from paper from sustainable forestry.
